1) Who we are 

This website (booking.vxlmigration.com.au) is operated by VXL Migration & Education Consultants (“VXL”, “we”, “us”). The site promotes education and migration advisory services and enables users to book consultations. It also links out to an Agent Login and Student Portal, which are separate services with their own terms. 

2) What we do (and don’t) 

• We provide counselling, application assistance and related services for study and migration pathways. Content on this site is informational only and not legal or immigration advice. Outcomes (e.g., visas, admissions, scholarships) are not guaranteed. 

• External systems (e.g., agent or student portals) are operated by third parties; their terms apply when you use them. 

3) Using the site 

• You agree to use the site lawfully and not disrupt its operation or misuse booking tools. 

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit (e.g., contact details, education history). 

• We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the site for maintenance or improvements. 

• The information published on this website is provided for general guidance purposes only. 4) Bookings, cancellations & communications 

• Bookings are for consultation time only. Any professional fees, government charges or third-party costs (e.g., test fees, visa fees) will be communicated separately before you proceed. 

• We may contact you by email, phone, WhatsApp or SMS about your inquiry/booking.  

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give reasonable notice so we can reallocate the slot.  

5) Intellectual property 

• Website content (text, graphics, logos, photos, videos) is owned by VXL or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse content without permission. 

6) External links 

• Links to third-party sites (e.g., Agent Login, Student Portal, WhatsApp “Talk to Us”) are provided for convenience.   

7) Liability 

• To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties regarding the site’s completeness, accuracy or availability and limit liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. 

8) Governing law 

• Disputes relating to website use are governed by the laws of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VXL Education & Migration Consultants, including its directors, officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and joint ventures, from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, expenses, fines, or penalties of any kind (including reasonable legal and professional fees) arising out of or in connection with: 

1. Your breach of these Terms and Conditions; 
2. Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights; or 
3. Your access to, use of, or reliance on VXL’s Website, services, or materials.
